Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: May 16, 2026 · Last Updated: May 16, 2026

BunnyHop is an AI-powered companion and chat app operated by Aviral Srivastava. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page describes our standards, prevention practices, and how to report concerns.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

BunnyHop is intended exclusively for users who are 17 years of age or older. Users are required to confirm their age during onboarding. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 17 to create an account or use the app.

If we discover or are notified that a user is under 17, we will immediately suspend and delete their account and all associated data.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

BunnyHop strictly prohibits:

  • Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAM)
  • Any attempt to use the platform to solicit, groom, or communicate with minors
  • Any depiction — real or AI-generated — of sexual content involving persons under 18
  • Any content that facilitates, glorifies, or normalises child sexual abuse

Violations result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent national bodies.

3. Prevention Practices

  • Age enforcement at onboarding — users must confirm they are 17 or older before accessing the app
  • AI characters are adults — all AI characters on BunnyHop are defined as adults (18+) in their persona specifications; no minor personas are created or permitted
  • No user-generated character content — users cannot create or upload custom AI character personas, eliminating a common vector for exploitation
  • In-app reporting — users can report any concern directly within the app via the Support screen
  • Content moderation — user messages are processed server-side; any flagged content triggers account review
  • Account deletion on discovery — accounts confirmed to belong to minors or found to contain CSAE content are permanently deleted immediately

4. How to Report a Child Safety Concern

If you encounter anything on BunnyHop that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

You can also report CSAM directly to your national authority:

BunnyHop complies with all applicable child safety laws, including but not limited to:
