Terms of Service

Welcome to BunnyHop AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BunnyHop AI mobile application (iOS and Android), website at getbunnyhop.com, and all associated services (collectively, "BunnyHop AI" or the "Service"). The Service is operated by Aviral Srivastava, a sole proprietor registered in India ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using BunnyHop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility — 17+ Only

You must be at least 17 years old to use BunnyHop AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 17 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using such services under the laws of your jurisdiction
• All information you provide during onboarding is truthful and accurate

We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 17, and to delete all associated data without notice.

2. What BunnyHop Is

BunnyHop AI is an entertainment and AI companion application. Every character on BunnyHop AI is a fictional AI persona — not a real person. Characters are designed to feel realistic and engaging, but they are entirely artificial.

3. Account & Identity

New users sign in with Google Sign-In (Android) or Apple Sign-In (iOS) — no separate password is required. Accounts created before this update continue to use legacy device-based authentication (a unique device ID stored in device secure keychain). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google or Apple account and device.

• One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits.
• Google/Apple Sign-In users can recover their account on a new device by signing in with the same Google or Apple account. Legacy device-ID accounts can only be recovered if the device keychain is preserved.
• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data is deleted immediately.
• You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account in the app

4. Free Tier & Paid Features

BunnyHop operates a freemium model. Free access includes a meaningful set of features; paid options unlock unlimited or extended access.

Free Tier (no purchase required)

• 3 free character match slots — you can start conversations with up to 3 free characters at no cost.
• 90 messages per day — a rolling 24-hour message budget shared across all your free character conversations.
• Premium character teaser — you may send up to 15 messages to any premium character for free (lifetime, per character). After 15 messages, a purchase is required to continue that conversation.

Available Purchases (v3.2.0)

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may vary by region per Apple App Store / Google Play Store regional pricing.

Purchases & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We do not handle your payment card information directly.
• Consumable purchases (Chat Passes and Extra Chat Slots) are non-refundable once used.
• Chat Passes are per-character and time-limited. They do not auto-renew — you must choose to repurchase after expiry.
• The Monthly subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• To cancel a subscription, manage it through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — not through BunnyHop.
• We do not issue refunds directly. Refund requests for Apple purchases must be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for Google purchases must be submitted through Google Play.
• Purchased access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BunnyHop to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the AI models, character prompts, or backend systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or free-tier restrictions (including by reinstalling the app)
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Upload or transmit malware or any harmful code
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any content within it
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. AI-Generated Content

Conversations with BunnyHop AI characters are generated by artificial intelligence (powered by Meta's Llama model via Together AI). The app also uses Together AI's Llama model to periodically extract conversation memories, which are stored and displayed in the Memory Panel. By using the Service:

• You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected
• You understand that character "memory" is based on stored conversation history and may not be perfectly consistent
• You agree that any feelings or emotional connections experienced through the app are responses to AI simulation, not real relationships
• We do not guarantee any particular quality, tone, or consistency of AI responses

7. Intellectual Property

All content within BunnyHop — including but not limited to AI character designs, personas, names, backstories, images, UI design, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of Aviral Srivastava / BunnyHop, or is used under licence.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you provide (e.g., your bio, messages). By submitting content to BunnyHop, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

8. Push Notifications

BunnyHop sends push notifications when AI characters reply or send proactive messages. You may disable notifications at any time in the app's Settings screen or through your device's system notification settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the app.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aviral Srivastava / BunnyHop shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Emotional distress resulting from AI conversations or content
• Service interruptions, bugs, or data loss
• Actions of third-party service providers (Together AI, Apple, Google, Railway, RevenueCat, Brevo, Cloudflare, Expo, etc.)

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BunnyHop at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where possible)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your own account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Sections 6, 7, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or in-app notice, and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of BunnyHop after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
